Anushka Dakshit is a journalist/fact checker from Tampa, now based in Brooklyn (but a Florida girl forever 🍊). She covers music and culture as it relates to identity, community, and sociopolitics. Her work has appeared in GQ magazine and Vogue. Currently, she is completing her masters degree at CUNY Craig Newmark School of Journalism and is a freelance fact checker at GQ magazine.
